Turns out [the `patharg` crate](https://lib.rs/crates/patharg/) does exactly that. I should replace `dash_stdio.rs` with it, too.
I'm keeping the PR open so I don't forget to bump the dependency later, but for now rsgbds isn't even ready for testing, let alone production.

A significant amount of this info is already present in the existing pages. I think the first order of business is cataloguing what's missing (and thus needs to be added)....
