[BUG]Failed to launch with Liteloader

1.8.9 can work with my mixin-updated liteloader(install as a forgemod) but 1.12.2 will fail to launch (tried liteloader with both library or mod install)

[BUG] incompatibility with meteor client

don't use 2 mixin hack clients together , their's mixins are conflict so this isn't likely to be solved

Re-add cmd-block

It's very useful in a creative server and trick the op to let them place it ! /restart , /reload and /timings can run in cmd-blocks :)
