This deserve some priority, will reduce issues for not having latest fix installed.

How is autosave working right now? Is triggered before every compilation? Or just after some time elapsed without coding? If the second case, manual save will greatly reduce the probability.

Seems fixed with latest updates, but Folders are also sorted alphabetical and not keep first. 

Still not perfect: * Renaming two times an item, break the order * Upper case letters are sorted before lower case ones. Sort should be key insensitive. * Folder should...

I'm not a big fun of autosave functionality too, but I understand someone could like it. Maybe have a .bkp file saved in the same folder of the original one....
