The file list in the left pane is not always sorted

E.g. if I add a new file to the source folder, say "zombie.java", the file is recognized and appears to the list automatically, but it do not end up in the correct position alphabetically.

Seems fixed with latest updates, but Folders are also sorted alphabetical and not keep first.

Still not perfect:

• Renaming two times an item, break the order
• Upper case letters are sorted before lower case ones. Sort should be key insensitive.
• Folder should be sorted as first in any case. Right now folders in the project are sorted as any other item.
