I think the system that "Fattrack" uses is pretty good. there are two devices for each faction. "[Faction] Fattrack Device" and "[Faction] Fattrack Laptop". Everyone who has a Fattrack device...

that's why i like Fattrack. you can change stuff at any time and most things can be done directly on the standard map, all information in one place.
