mod manager所使用的api出了问题

This issue is confirmed caused by the OMMC side. Its implementation breaks the Fabric Command API.

写给1.19.3的版本在代码层面与低版本不兼容，所以不是改改json就能跑的。可以尝试revert相关commit后编译。
