缺少通知主程序插件内容变化的接口

插件内容变化后，所需的显示宽度会变化。但是现在好像没有通知主程序的接口，内容变化后很可能出现多余的宽度，或是不能完全显示文本，只能通过主程序设置界面的确认和应用按钮，刷新任务栏窗口。
