番茄钟和天气插件是在同一发布页面的

win10系统下是可以打开TrafficMonitor设置窗口，点击确定或应用按钮，插件部分就能完全显示了

检查一下，plugins文件夹下面有没有生成Weather.dll.ini，如果没有，设置好城市后，手动退出TrafficMonitor，此时应该生成了ini文件。目前这个插件只有在手动退出TrafficMonitor时才会保存，关机时属于强制退出TrafficMonitor所以貌似不会保存配置文件，所以如果变更了设置信息，要手动退出一下TrafficMonitor，这样下次打开插件就可以恢复上次的状态了

maybe the string literial "тестовый текст" is compiled with your local code page, not utf-8. so when you call setText() function using osgText::String::ENCODING_UTF8, it cannot recognize the charactors

抱歉，你反映的问题我这里没有复现。能否贴出弹窗截图，帮助判断是程序问题还是服务器返回的错误。另外注意不要公布你的key，请立即更换新key以避免被不当利用。

当前插件界面没有完全适配英文，计划后续版本完善
