I got the same bug when excluding the custom instruments. It works when I added it.
Here's a solution: For these cases, `pull_request_target` should be used instead of `pull_request`.
This will require changes on the docs, specifically on [the Design page](https://scratchaddons.com/docs/reference/design).

To be honest, resizing it up to the image borders wouldn't be big enough to my liking. I would still need to use CSS' `scale`. I think this is fine...

@mxmou There is an issue for that on #3396, so this is a duplicate.
