yeah, dock and title bar disappears as a blank box . also cannot alt tab to other open windows. _**My sistem is:**_ 

also a showing popup disables fullscreen.  it was fullscreen before i showed open folder shortcut via key shortcut

update: i used to use gnome before switching to cosmic and gnome apps still installed. this cursor theme issue persists every other app not using gnome themes
