I get the same error in Version 3.3.3.2 on Windows 10:  I've deleted the Settings in AppData before.

I have already done that, before posting the issue here. I had to log in and authorize again. After that the error message came again.

I have the same issue. Synchronizing the Username with openstreetmap.org on login would solve this issue.

I would love to have this feature too. I just moved from one instance to another. An export and import of the filters would help hereby. It would also help...
