Without the link that causes the issues that you describe I can't help you.
Provide m3u8 playlist url that doesn't work for you. I can't do anything without being able to reproduce the issue on my end.
Nothing is stopping you from doing that, just search for them in your language.
NetStream is supposed to ignore AI dubbing tracks. Can you provide the link for the video where this happens?
