This is probably some internal GLSL compiler bug. Unlikely to be fixed, but I'll look into it more when I have time.

Please double check everything and make sure you don't have other OC plugins active. Does quick menu report correct clocks? These values come directly from kernel and can't be wrong.

It says "full Quick Menu integration". If you don't know what Quick Menu is you should probably read PlayStation®Vita User's Guide before you continue using your PlayStation®Vita system.

I don't think dynamic overclocking is worth the effort on Vita since CPU power draw mainly depends on voltage and not frequency. And there is nothing to overclock on PSP...

Underclocking for pspemu is not recommended since ARM operates as media engine for psp.
