I think something similar was suggested by @dsego in [this comment](https://github.com/jakubroztocil/httpie/issues/537#issuecomment-264718507) on #537, so there might be quite a bit of popular demand for such a feature.
Actually, I wasn't 100% sure whether to write CTRL+D or keep it as CTRL-D. In DataViz - Parts 0 and 2, it's written as CTRL+D, but in Part 1, it's...
