Fixed a couple of typos in the text for DataViz - Part 1 and added formatting for some in-text code snippets

Is the usage of CTRL+D consistent (vs. CTRL-D, which I and other unix people will be used to)?

Actually, I wasn't 100% sure whether to write CTRL+D or keep it as CTRL-D.

In DataViz - Parts 0 and 2, it's written as CTRL+D, but in Part 1, it's written as CTRL-D...

Should I change it back to CTRL-D?
