Hey, late response but now you can filter out directories when traversing. You can look at this [test](https://github.com/manidlou/node-klaw-sync/blob/6e3500d485d51c462132880e780ae4d0db07ce0e/test/klaw-sync.test.js#L273) to see how you can do it.
