The toolbar collapsing-uncollapsing action is supposed to be infrequent. The bigger reason it happens frequently is because the log list does not have padding at the bottom to raise it...
The buttons on the toolbar look abruptly cut off on the right. All the 3 buttons with text labels need a 16px (1rem) right padding.
This should be renamed to `Frequency chart` since histogram would now become a dashboard panel visualization type.
