Add padding below log list for improved visibility

The toolbar collapsing-uncollapsing action is supposed to be infrequent. The bigger reason it happens frequently is because the log list does not have padding at the bottom to raise it to a safe viewing area.

Add a bottom-padding of 80px below the log list so that even when the list is scrolled to the end, it remains above the safe area with the toolbar open.
