`xbetool` allows resigning the executable, it might be possible with the correct key to properly sign it debug. However I don't really recommend using a debug kit for every day...

This is correct, currently in violation of GPL by not including it in the distributables.

The code is taken directly from Linux, I cannot re-license Linux.

`video.c` already has patches to support 128MB, pbkit should too.
