Missing icons for some Windows related files

`application/winhlp` - `application-winhlp.XXX` Icon from `gtk-help.svg`. `application/x-msdownload` - `application-x-msdownload.XXX` Icon from `application-x-object.svg`. `application/x-mswinurl` - `application-x-mswinurl.XXX` Can not find the origin icon, but close to it is `application-x-javascript.svg`.
