Use base64 string for icon

Hello! First of all, wonderful project, really useful. Is there a way to use base64 strings in the icon part of the notification? Thanks.

This is the default behaviour for components in React, and will allow `null` as a child (which is the result when typing ``).

Just noticed that the [json clusterparser does not support timeoffset](https://github.com/fluent/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/fluent-operator/crds/fluentbit.fluent.io_clusterparsers.yaml#L62-L70), whereas [the regex one does](https://github.com/fluent/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/fluent-operator/crds/fluentbit.fluent.io_clusterparsers.yaml#L104).
