Only show comments on PRs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are using Vercel to deploy our application, and Vercel sometimes (even though we've disabled the setting in the Vercel dashboard) leaves comments on commits in main. This will trigger the Slack integration to comment "New comment on commit". Is it possible to filter this out?

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to only show comments from PRs. Hide those from commits.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disable all comments from Vercel. We don't want this as we want to be notified on GitHub.
