Should be found one level up of `widget.json` in an `example` folder, which would contain an Alloy app without the actual widget.

If a module is found locally then update locally, if found globally then update globally.

This should update all globally installed modules (and widgets if we support that).

Callbacks on customIcons don't fire

I can still use the `customActivity` event, but this doesn't give back the `text` and `image` properties set with `activityPopover()` or `activityView()`.
