The logic is quite complex so we need to take it apart into separate modules.

- Should require working copy to be clean - Should update major/minor/patch version in `widget.json` - Should create `vm.m.p` tag and commit

CLI: update command shouldn't add widget dependencies to config.json

try update a project that has nl.fokkezb.form and it will add its nl.fokkezb.color dependency to the config.json.
