Include an Arrow API/Web app which you could export/upload an activity to and receive an URL to share with friends.

Once #4 is done it would be possible to import a route in one of the formats mentioned in #14 and display that on the map.

To explore the features, the app should either come installed with a tracked activity and/or allow you to import an example activity later.

Helpful for simultaneous tracking & routing, but takes more battery so it should be optional either via settings or navigating in the UI.
