Cyberzombies have been blacklisted from spawners (and EIO powered spawners) for a while now - if you need more of them I'd suggest editing the config to up their spawn...

Active development is still on the 1.10.2 branch. I'm not planning on changing that until 1.11 takes a stronger hold.
