The copies on the server are not the public copies AFAIK.
I tested this on a Mac using `podman machine`... I was only able to get this to work after stripping out all the `docker_host_url` lines and just setting `podman =...
Likely complicated by the use of podman machine... But I appears to be rootless `podman info` reports: ``` host: security: rootless: true ```

This could be mitigated by moving the wordpress services to containers per https://github.com/openstreetmap/operations/issues/807
Will replace with PoE HAT ("Gen1") as per Amsterdam as this seems to work well as a fan and gives redundancy options if needed.
