@sgillies Possibly the fixed version dependency on cython should be unlocked to build against newer releases automatically.

I can see advantages to both Kartographer and Maps extensions. I do like something that Wikimedia supports, but the attribution would need to be fixed.
Some options: 1. Physical Dedicated Load Balancer (Think F5 or similar) 2. Software Based Load Balancer running on dedicated hardware. (haproxy, nginx, caddy, envoy...) 3. Software Based Load Balancer sharing...
