For now I have changed ext4 reserved space to 1% on both which has brought disk space usage down to 92%.
Both I guess.

Norbert: 8x SAS disks, 4x SATA on front panel. Likely same for horntail. Once disk upgraded no further room to expand the controller array.
Tut tut, from a time when I still bought 15k RPM disks... 15k disk shred themselves to bits after a few years.
I have spare disk available. I will ship one out shortly.
Server likely to be retired. Not a priority to replace this disk.
