[TF2] Killstreak counter hidden by overhealed health bar in minmode

When using HUD minmode, the overhealed health bar covers the killstreak counter.

The new Merasmissions this year don't use the Merasmus voice lines, they use the default Ms. Pauling ones.

[TF2] Skinned weapons occasionally don't have the crit glow or ubercharged texture

Occasionally the textures for crit-boosted and ubercharged weapons won't apply on skinned weapons, it seems random.

In the February 28, 2008, [update](https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/February_28,_2008_Patch) autobalance was changed to stop if there's 60 seconds or less on the round timer, now that autobalance is back to the original form...

Since YouTube's protocols have changed over the years, it has been impossible to upload Replays for several years. This makes the Replay achievements and the Frontline Field Recorder hat unobtainable.
