tested this again, it boots to the loading menu, but after the logo shines, the emulator closes. here is some proof that it works. 
its still the same on the 2024-01-11 nightly build.
having a good pc, thats it.
for the people that wants the game: buy it, buy a vita and then mod it, thus dump the game... done!
