Seems fine on Windows, I can slightly see the speed difference on old emotes, but without lag I doubt others will be able to notice will need the changelog again

Try re-logging into Chatterino, your oauth probably expired which is causing helix calls to fail. 
If it is you can just rename the tab nickname instead of attempting to connect to that non-existent channel.
