You'll need to restart the client as well, to start a new `session`.
IIRC when Jagex updated Kourend, we came to the general assumption that they added a pattern that doesn't actually make sense, and because of this the plugin cannot solve it....

This item was marked as equipable the last time we merged the wiki scraper changes, it will be fixed whenever that's next done, as the wiki has fixed this.
I believe if they are muted by the area sounds setting, then it's just due to the fact that Jagex classifies them as area sounds edit: There's a `Others' Area...
So, it looks like the reason this is wrong is because of #1659 In the issue, the user reports that the step has the incorrect direction, which was not correct....
When I did this quest on leagues that did happen, but it also very clearly read `Open your quest journal to sync your current state.` in the top left corner...
