Align deb page with snap page

I think the deb page could use some love Maybe even create some general app page that can be parametrized for snap / deb? 

When the window becomes the narrowest app center can become (which is also not very narrow) the navigation takes up so much space that the right pane becomes somehow hard...

@d-loose @ashuntu it looks like the dependabot and/or renovate does not trigger on this repo here (maybe because of that packages/ subdirs) In theory it should trigger at least window...
