Update yaru_window, and/or Make dependabot work with those sub packages

@d-loose @ashuntu it looks like the dependabot and/or renovate does not trigger on this repo here (maybe because of that packages/ subdirs) In theory it should trigger at least window manager dep to be outdated I dont have admin rights on this repository and can not change bots

I don't have access to the repo settings, but the dependency is listed in #1, so it should work in principle

@ashuntu @d-loose @jpnurmi @spydon sorry for the bump but since yaru depends on this package here, applications needing window manager can run into problems since it is heavily outdated here (I also think that graphic errors can occur at some point), also the flutter version. Either we get rid of the package by moving the code into yaru.dart or this becomes somehow updated. I am currently totally blocked by my payed work in my job and have sadly no time for much FOSS work atm. Please help 🙏🏻

I've manually bumped dependencies for the time being here: https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru_window.dart/pull/61
