Welp, I will investigate what is happening here.

The clang format on my local machine, downloaded from ext-windows-bin is version `12.0.1`, while our buildbots use version `12.0.0`. This could be the cause of this issue.

Could you please provide a save file? It would make it way easier to reproduce the crash.

This issue is missing a log file + your system information.

This issue is actually a regression. The bug doesn't appear on Nightly-307. Investigating... **EDIT**: The game is already broken in Nightly-308. This PR broke it: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/2884 (@wwylele)

Yes, we absolutely need a log to analyze this issue.

This issue is missing a lot of the info requested in the template. For example what phone with what exact specs are you even running?
