Which plugin we need to use to achieve the select in the checklist ?

When you click for example on Italic command it's active so it will be highlighted like Italic icon in the image below 

@jaywcjlove in fact i don't want to highlight the markdown text but the command's Icon in the toolbar to have a background color when it's active like the grey background...
