Highlight active command

Is there a way to highlight the active command ?

When you click for example on Italic command it's active so it will be highlighted like Italic icon in the image below

It's character highlighted. You can modify its style.

@jaywcjlove in fact i don't want to highlight the markdown text but the command's Icon in the toolbar to have a background color when it's active like the grey background in the Italic Icon

I finally get what you mean, it's hard to implement this feature at the moment. @Fakh94
