Make MPS combat-friendly? I think there are a few (?) things that could make MPS less OP without resorting to the old "make it harder" approach.

1.7.10 backport? While I could for a while benefit with getting a 1.7.10 backport, me moving onto 1.10.2 is _kind of_ unavoidable, it's matter of other very few remaining mods...
BTW, there are items that integers suffice, for example, armor points.
