Hey @PkuRainBow, I ended up forking a different repo for the caffe framework for windows. I used https://github.com/Microsoft/caffe and followed their instructions on the page and the error went away....

I ended solving this problem by installing a chrome extension as part of the test, using persistent Context. I used [ModHeader](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/modheader-modify-http-hea/idgpnmonknjnojddfkpgkljpfnnfcklj) specifically and was able to integrate with Google's IAP...
