Not sure about highres, but I've been using img2img a lot and under the same settings (near 512, same prompts, 0.45 strength, 28 steps 15cfg) I'm getting way worse quality...
You can use sd on amd windows now with [directml](https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/Install-and-Run-on-AMD-GPUs#windows), maybe the same could be done here

Dunno why but my it/s went down from 9.17 it/s to 7.43 it/s. It's a noticeable difference, when using hires fix it's like 30 seconds... For no reason
