Add more functionality to the extraData option

@lzalanyi you can use the extraData and extraDataOut options ``` cqtdeployer -extraData "path/to/extra/data/folder" -extraDataOut "releative/path/of/your/package/root/dir" ``` extraDataOut can contain ".." Dir, but it can work only for deb packages.

Can't add some extra libraries to the application

@kartaris On the new cqtdeployer you can add custom dependencies manually. Using the [extraDepends](https://github.com/QuasarApp/CQtDeployer/blob/main/md/en/Options.md#controll-of-targets-options) option it should solve this issue. So I close it.
