I also have this issue, the outgoing packet loss is 40% I tried reverting the registry but the script just became unresponsive. (10 minutes~) I'm still running the script incase...

(I am unsure if the cause is this script but my computer is fairly new, I got it this week, has been running just fine until today)

 i just reconnected my wifi and it seems to have fixed it
