Packetloss After running Debloat Script

The script worked flawlessly. However, after running the script, restarting and trying to play a game, I am now experiencing 40% packet loss which was not present before. I have run many debloat scripts in the past without any issue (between OS installs), and used this one in the past as well with no issue. I am not sure why this is occurring, the NIC drivers are still present, everything seems fine, but the packet loss is very noticeable.

I also have this issue, the outgoing packet loss is 40% I tried reverting the registry but the script just became unresponsive. (10 minutes~) I'm still running the script incase it is doing something big

(I am unsure if the cause is this script but my computer is fairly new, I got it this week, has been running just fine until today)
