It is known bug and there is no fix i think. My all servers apps are doing this.

Maybe [Fix at #78](https://github.com/CatxFish/obs-virtual-cam/issues/78#issuecomment-605386370) can fix your issue. Because Zoom App is have same thing.
Weird, my Chrome Browser works well with obs-virtualcam.
Make sure you enabled your camera output at Tools>Virtual Camera. I don't know how to do it in SLOBS but in OBS; Tools>Virtual Camera
Try uninstalling all virtual cameras from registry and reinstall to registry. You can find how to do this on manual installiation section.
