They are not and I have tried everything and I just can't get my drivers to update.
I've tried this many times and all I get is this: 
 I just tried with version 475.14 and I have the same error, I also don't have Vulkan
 We are the same, I already updated to the most recent version and I can't update my drivers, it's funny because many tutorials say that PC potato can run...
