I'm not sure I understand this out-of-space issue correctly; is there a max number of spheres or lines or something which the in-game rando menu can handle/view?

I'm asking because my SD card has > 2 GB free space, so I assume that either the "out of space issue" is of a different nature than one of...

Even if you have set in game spoler log to hidden, you can access your spoiler log as an .xml file in the /3ds/ folder on your memory card.
