Maybe its a problem with that specific translation. I have he translation made by Tales of Phantasia (Japan) [En by Gemini+Throughhim413 v1.0] and works ok.

That post says FF7 Retranslation Project (Beacause version?) isnt working? Can someone confirm this? My version boots ok. Crashes in some point of gameplay? I tested the Nekketsu Oyako english...
