Options -> Advanced Settings -> HUD -> RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine has an setting to show the player- and marinename while drawing the players name in the same color as their drawing pen....

Both of these options show the players name, but one should show the marines name. Options -> Advanced Settings -> HUD -> RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine
