[Feature request] simplify 'RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine' setting

The advanced hud option RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine could be simplifyed. If the player name always has the drawing pen color, the marine name has always the class color the RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine_BothColor entry could be removed.
